Inside Customer Service Representative

Unified Screening & Crushing is looking to hire an Inside Customer Service Representative in our Las Vegas, NV facility.

We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter, extremely organized and willing to provide the best customer service possible.

Are you extremely organized?

Do you have excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Excel?

Can you communicate clearly and effectively with your fellow employees and customers?

Required Skills & Abilities

• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in data entry, organization and time management
• Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing with employees and customers
• Establish rapport with customers
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of organizational information

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sales processing
• Answer phones
• Filing and related administrative duties
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
