Our Leaders
A nationwide team dedicated to problem-solving and service
TOM LENTSCH
PRESIDENT & CEO
Tom Lentsch is President and Chief Executive Officer of Unified Screening & Crushing.
Tom began his working career in 1963 at Unified’s predecessor Minnesota Fence & Iron. He worked summers on the manufacturing floor and in fence installation under the guidance of his father, Eugene Lentsch. Eugene began his career at the company in 1949 and purchased the business in 1954, and in 1968 he added Twin City Wire.
After earning a degree in Business from the University of St. Thomas, Tom managed and brokered a commercial real estate portfolio in the Twin Cities before returning to help grow the family business.
In 1985, Tom and his wife, Debbie, established Unified's first satellite operation in California, creating the company's first sales and manufacturing facility outside Minnesota. That expansion marked the beginning of Unified's nationwide growth. Today, the company operates 14 facilities across the United States while remaining family-owned and committed to manufacturing its core products domestically.
Tom was named President of Unified’s network of facilities in 2003, and in 2018 he and Debbie became majority owners of the company. Together with their sons, Andrew and Jonathan, they continue to lead one of the few remaining family-owned American manufacturers dedicated to serving the aggregate, mining, and material processing industries.
"Our growth strategy remains the same: hire, develop, and motivate a team focused on problem-solving and service."
DeBBIE LENTSCH
TREASURER & CFO
Debbie Lentsch is Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Unified Screening & Crushing.

She oversees Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Purchasing, ensuring the company is well positioned to support customers, employees, and continued investment in U.S. manufacturing.
Debbie has also helped foster a culture where leadership opportunities are earned through experience and performance. In a mostly male-dominated industry, women serve in key roles throughout Unified’s 14 facilities.
Outside of Unified, Debbie serves on the board of Women Investing in Science & Health (WISH), supporting Banner Health and programs that advance women's and families' health through evidence-based research.
