Austin Gwyther is General Manager of Unified's Texas and Washington facilities.

Austin oversees the day-to-day operations as well as the Inside and Outside Customer Service Representatives teams.

Austin brings more than 17 years of experience in the mining and aggregate industries to his role. Early in his career, he served as a Crushing Superintendent in Arizona, where he oversaw large-scale recycled aggregate production and managed inventory for a leading producer.

His hands-on operations background gives him a strong understanding of the equipment, materials, and production challenges customers face in the field. At Unified, Austin is focused on delivering responsive customer service, strengthening product knowledge, and supporting continued training across his team.

Through his leadership, the Texas and Washington facilities work to provide customers with dependable service, quality products, and practical solutions that help keep operations running.
