Austin Gwyther is General Manager of Unified’s Texas and Washington facilities.

Austin oversees the daily operations of Unified's two Texas manufacturing plants, including production, machine maintenance, shipping, and facility operations.

With more than 17 years of experience in the mining and aggregate industries, Austin also leads a team of Inside and Outside Customer Service Representatives. Drawing on his extensive operational background, he mentors and supports his teams in helping customers select the right products and solve real-world production challenges. 

Early in his career, Austin served as a Crushing Superintendent in Arizona, where he oversaw large-scale recycled aggregate production and managed inventory for a leading producer.

His firsthand industry experience gives him a practical understanding of the equipment, materials, and production demands customers face every day. He is committed to strengthening product knowledge, investing in ongoing training, and ensuring customers receive responsive service and knowledgeable support.

Through his leadership, the Texas and Washington facilities provide customers with dependable service, quality products, and practical solutions that help keep operations running efficiently.
