Ray Sailer is General Manager of Unified’s California facility.

Ray has been part of Unified's California operation since its earliest days, joining the facility when it first opened as its first employee. With nearly four decades of experience serving aggregate producers throughout California and the western United States, he has become a trusted resource for customers seeking practical solutions to improve production, reduce downtime, and maximize wear life.

Ray oversees the facility's daily operations, including production, machine maintenance, shipping and facility operations. His leadership of the plant’s manufacturing team ensures the consistent quality of the square openings Unified’s customers have come to rely on. The California facility hooks more finished screens continuously, since records for the company have been kept.  

Along with managing manufacturing operations, Ray works closely with his team of Inside and Outside Customer Service Representatives to provide timely support and ensure a seamless experience for Unified customers,
